Hargeisa needs a strong infrastructure plan not village roads. Roads that could stay here after 50 years. Roads with drainages and big sidewalks. Please don’t treat Hargeysa like a village. We need planners, we need a plan to make hargeisa a metropolitan city not a big village.🤷🏿♀️
