The California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) introduced a new Bond Recycling Program to finance affordable housing. The California Debt Limit Allocation Committee, (CDLAC), chaired by Treasurer Fiona Ma, is helping to implement the program.
Truckee Artist Lofts is a mixed-income development that is one of more than 20 projects CalHFA is financing through the HUD/FFB Risk-Share partnership. When finished, the Artist Lofts will provide housing for 90 Californians.
