Congrats to @cityoftucson on today's groundbreaking of 'Amazon Flats' on Tucson's Miracle Mile. ADOH funded $5.6M for the acquisition/rehab of the former 30-room Amazon Motel into 30 new units of housing for the homeless. Amazon Flats is set to open for the unhoused in June 2025.

Congrats to @VecinoGroup on today's Grand Opening of 'Birdsong' Apartments on W. McDowell Rd. near 67th Ave. in Phx. ADOH funded $20M in tax credits to this affordable housing community with 72 new, 3 & 4-bdrm townhome-style homes for low-to-middle income Arizonans with children.

A fun fact about our state's famous golf tournament: ADOH is required to license/certify for occupancy every one of the modular units golf fans will see & use at the @WMPhoenixOpen this week. 50 total units have been installed throughout the course and all certified safe by ADOH!

Did you know? ADOH is responsible for all manufactured/factory-built building compliance in Arizona; including every beautiful modular unit to be utilized this week at the @WMPhoenixOpen in Scottsdale. Every structure requires an ADOH manufacturer license & factory certification.
