Brilliant! Some bizarre comments linked with this post. This looks to me like an off duty officer has stepped up and detained someone who was potentially armed with knife in order to prevent others being hurt or becoming victims of crime. 👏👏👏 👏
The shock I got while driving to see a man grab a white boy from his neck off his bicycle and struggling forcefully with him- OMG. Got out to try to stop it/make sure the boy was OK. It was an off duty police officer-he said the boy had a knife & had threatened other kids.

The loss of the Queen is keenly felt by my officers and staff. For those of us who have sworn an oath, this is a poignant day.
Our ability to serve the law is down to our constitutional monarchy and we have been proud to serve during her remarkable reign.
The Queen died peacefully at Balmoral this afternoon.
The King and The Queen Consort will remain at Balmoral this evening and will return to London tomorrow.
