@fishnmagician1 @VisitBucksPA Hi Hank - We have reviewed the pictures. It appears to be weeds. Where the Tithonia seeds were planted. The weeds over crowded the area, not allowing the seeds to germinate. Make sure to remove the weeds from the area.
