all-time record low temperature in Milwaukee is -26. We hit that mark twice... 82' and the Brewers went to World Series and 96' the Packers went on to win Superbowl that following season. Let's all hope for -26 and bring the

Check out this wild storm photo take by Ann Crandall just offshore of Mequon this afternoon.
Hard to say what we're looking at, but I would assume some very humid air condensing in a storm updraft. I've never seen it form in a reverse funnel shape. Any Mets want to weigh in?
No lie… those are

on the shore of Lake Michigan In Port Washington! This video was taken by Robert Schmidt. Good chance these flamingos got way off track from Hurricane Idalia

Milwaukee has a current Air Quality Index of 164. We're not large enough to be on this list... but we would be ranked 3rd for worst current air quality in the world.

Your disdain for Giannis only discredits you…but par for the course for sports pundits who would rather thrive on controversy versus being insightful
Milwaukee is my home and TMJ4 is my station. I’m grateful for the opportunity to earn your trust over the years.
I work along side a team of very talented Meteorologists & Now is the time to raise the bar for weather coverage in Milwaukee.
Hey everyone, I’ll be out of work the next couple days. Long story short… along with some other complications, my appendix will be coming out at some point. I’ll be good as new soon.
My last morning on

News Today as I transition to my new role as Chief Meteorologist. Thanks to all those who relied on my 4cast to get them out the door in the morning. Now join me in the afternoon and evening!
Congratulations

… however you spin it or bend words in your favor… you managed to make a young man literally dying on the field about YOU… which sadly is your goal and always your goal.
Our little dog Oscar passed away yesterday. I know many of you have enjoyed seeing my posts with Oscar and even seeing him on-air. We are heartbroken and already miss him dearly. He was a good boy and so sweet to his sisters.
Not necessarily an assessment of better or worse… but the threshold/and mindset of cancelling school sure has changed since I was a kid. And yes… some of us had bare feet.
Here is the question of the night…. Would you rather have school cancelled the night before or have to wait until morning to find out? I remember waking up to a snow day was like Christmas. ….I also remember it taking a 4cast for a foot or more to cancel the night before.
I hope you all appreciate me as a meteorologist to stay out of politics. You all have plenty of other useful avenues for your political information or influence. With that said...I’m happy to tell you we have another 70 degree November day on the way tomorrow!

Let me tell you what we're not doing at
@tmj4
.... that would be actively driving around LIVE during newscasts while we're also advising people not to drive. All crews currently parked and staying put.
My man John Malan always told me..."Never go 99 or and temp ending with a 9... because 99 only looks like you're too chicken to go 100" ... well this 100 is for you John!!!
I couldn’t be more proud of my mom! Finally retiring after over 45 years of being a full-time dental assistant. And never once did she sacrifice family while being able to provide superior care for patients. She’s the best and I am lucky.

So proud of my wife Julie with
@AssociatedBank
for being recognized as of this year’s Milwaukee
@MKEBizJournal
40 under 40! She is way better at her job than I am and is making a big impact on our community.
This has got to be the biggest Bucks game of my 39 year heartbreaking sports watching career. Game 7 2001 ECF against philly a close 2nd. Firmly believe winner tonight wins it all.

I complained a lot about the crazy long

games. But now on a perfect Sunday afternoon …. I wish there was more than a 2 hour game. I’m getting greedy.
Still plenty to iron out... but Friday is the day to pay attention to and plan for the potential for heavy snow in SE Wisconsin. More details tonight on

Alright folks.. Here is the big picture. The worst of this system will be midday/afternoon tomorrow. Big snow north and big ice south. Milwaukee is sandwiched in between. The lake may spare lakeside locations of a heavy icing.
