A stadium full of mostly Eagles’ fans booed a celebrity who is dating a Chiefs’ player. Politics had very little to do with it.
I know I see this differently than a lot of my conservative friends, but I didn’t like nor do I celebrate the booing of Taylor Swift. What did she do to any of y’all? I get that she endorsed Kamala but that’s her right. Are we supposed to hate someone because they have different political opinions? Overall, she is a wholesome and talented performer, who, by all accounts, is kind to her crew and a nice person. I don’t celebrate that kind of thing being booed just because she voted for someone that I didn’t.

This reminds me of Mariners’ ownership over the years.
Historic run for Glen Taylor: 30 years, but only 2 seasons with a playoff series win. Plus, no NBA Finals appearances, a huge scandal (Joe Smith), a slew of truly horrible trades/signings/hirings, and in the end, he couldn’t even sell the T-Wolves correctly. He’ll be missed.

@CmStephaniemora No is the correct choice. Raising the minimum wage increases prices for everyone and cuts hours/positions from those minimum wage workers. It would also make large employers think twice before opening a location in Burien, or they may close an existing Burien location.

@GovTinaKotek If you want to improve the climate, how about start with cleaning up all the trash generated by all the homeless encampments that you won't do anything about? Next, do something about the fentanyl smoke law-abiding citizens have to breathe while walking down the street.
