@AmazonHelp we purchased a doorbell from you. Since installing we have had issues and have been in touch with the manufacturers who confirm it is faulty... Can you organise a replacement for us or di we have to return it and buy again (at increased price)?

@OctopusEnergy how can we view 'live' usage in the app? Currently updates middle of the day after usage... Help pages talk of a 'live view' but I'm not seeing that on app or web. Still waiting for delivery of 'mini'.

@nectar just checked app and some points have been 'spent' in Uxbridge and Shepherds Bush this week - both while I was out of the country! Is there a way I can get them back and get a new card number? Have you had a leak of info or is this just opportunists trying random numbers?
