I went for a skin cancer review. The doctor was defo a male dressed as a female. He asked if I had skin anomalies elsewhere on my body. I have but I couldn’t bring myself to undress. The male nurse was very embarrassed too. 🤷🏼♀️

At 10:30 the driver of the small gritting truck entered Sidlaw Ave . He saw little old me struggling on ice, trying to spread grit from her trundle cart. He salted my pavement & threw handfuls on the steep drive so I could get home safely.

Skye was put to sleep this afternoon after several days of painful and distressing seizures. She had a brain tumour.
It’s been a privilege to have this beautiful, playful, bouncy, pure soul in my life for eight years.

My oldest daughter (when 5yrs old) was frequently hit at the school gate by a bully. She used her Nature knowledge (how to pick nettles by their base to avoid getting stung). She lashed his bare legs with stinging nettles the next time he hit her. He left her alone after that. 😊

Today is our 49th wedding anniversary (with a 2yr courtship beforehand) Normally we would splurge out on a posh meal or weekend away.Instead we will enjoy our home and garden. We will have a video conference with our daughters. We will be full of gratitude for our life together.
