Would Finra have Halted if the value of the allegedly 600 million/1 Billion shares (the #) was $.001?. The $$$$$ of the share X the money HALTED IT! IT WAS THE $VALUE they let run from 05 Dec. to the 08th and it did NOT go down enough to let it close! SETTLEMENT was too EXPENSIVE
