Well I just went from playing Elden Ring that looks alright at 30-40fps with raytracing. Turned off raytracing and set it to max at a rock solid 60fps. Looks ok. Went to play Red Dead 2 at max everything and it runs better and looks better at five years old. Bloat. It's all bloat

Why is it that a smaller dev made a better looking and better running game than Starfield. I am playing on Ultra with no issues. Starfield on medium stutters and pops in like crazy while looking like an xbox 360 game.
