To allow a male prisoner to just self-id as female in order to be housed in a female prison is even more absurd than allowing him to just self-id as innocent to be released. He might actually be innocent.

The unfairness & absurdity is obvious, as well as the frequent dangerousness of it. What was originally Lesbian & Gay Rights activism has become TQ+ activism which seems mostly to be about supporting the fetishes of heterosexual men. It's hardly surprising LGB people of any colour are deserting it, especially lesbians.

What she says basically isn't true, certainly in not any way relevant to the present issue. All the stuff you might learn at A level or higher doesn't radically invalidate what you learnt lower down. Particularly ridiculous here is that DSDs, or any other proposed exceptions of the rule there are only two sexes, have got nothing to do with gender identity. Those who identify as trans or non-binary overwhelmingly have perfectly normal sexual development.
