Blue Cross is also in favour of a ban on shock collars in Scotland.
✏️Shock collars are opposed by a long list of organisations, including the @ScottishSPCA and the @TheKennelClubUK ✔️An SSPCA poll found 83% of Scots want a ban. 🐶The @scotgov's own Animal Welfare Commission said a ban is needed in 2023.
