-First 2 (ish) years will be the hardest with constant failure
-After the first 2 (ish) years you will slowly find success in the little things
-You will easily become addicted to it after that
-You’ll work your regular 9-5

Firstly I would like to say that running a org is an incredibly difficult venture and it is not an easy process. Way harder than I ever imagined but it’s addicting and I love it.

So many orgs leaving the Esports space or shutting down. Very unfortunate to watch happen. I see why they left as well and I don’t blame them.

However, trying to run these tournaments that have prize pools of $1000 isn’t as easy as I would think. I think as a org we are trying to help bring back the T3 scene because it is a issue but teams won’t join in because of VLR (I completely

There are definitely orgs out there with structure that works. I never agree with paying players or staff unless it is 100% warranted. I will always try to bring value to the players and staff something I see only a couple of orgs do. T3 is a stepping stone. Esports isn’t
