Every organization, big or small is investing into the Valorant scene. Even if it's "just the entry fees", that's another person investing at least $200-300 that wouldn't have otherwise.
They're building communities, bringing people into eSports, and receiving nothing in return
I know it's the state of the scene rn, but the fact that soooo many "orgs" are looking for players with "open availability" but also only want to provide (Still not guaranteed) only tournament fees as "financial incentive". It's honestly starting to piss me off how the usual and

I'm very thankful for the support you guys have shown us on our event! We didn't anticipate breaking the 16 team cap, but I'd love to accommodate more teams if possible.

In some sense this is correct, and it's part of the reason T3 is in such dire straits.
Right now, running an org at this level is a money-pit, with the best being those who burn it the slowest.
It doesn't have to be this way, but we have to address a harsh reality first.

If t3 esports orgs didn’t exist NOTHING would change. T3 orgs are not worth it for players and even less worth it for staff and owners. Even if t3 orgs were ran correctly (none of them are) it is still pretty much impossible to take them anywhere.

As someone who grew up with disabilities, I wish more people took this attitude. It was really hard to learn how to connect with people when mistakes were punished with isolation.
Having that experience let me understand why God asks us to treat others the way he does.
I’m a Christian, I don’t believe in cancel culture.
If the people in my life have done bad I will TEACH and PRAY for them. Not push them further into hate.
Never defending anyone’s actions, only trying to push them into the light so they can be a better person in the future.

How Epic Games could improve RL for free:
1. Bring back trading
2. Remove restrictions on tournaments (So an actual bubble scene can be developed)
3. Release weekly update posts to the community and gather feedback

Genuinely disappointing but expected at this point.
Just like saving Tier 3 isn't just "I hosted a LAN like everybody else before me", I imagine the solution to collegiate will take thinking out of the box.
Tier 3 is the priority for me, but maybe a Collegiate Titans is next 👀

Pros:

99 out of the 100 orgs who get involved will fail miserably, so we should be encouraging anyone willing to take the shot.

If I want to watch the greatest players in the world I watch VCT.
If I want to watch players I know I'll tune into a T3 broadcast.
Aside from just "supporting Tier 2", what reason do I have to tune in to watch consistently?

Last year we had so much support going to tier 2, how things need to be improved and how we need to support tier 2 more as a community
