@SgtMajFrench Good luck 🍀 I recall I fell over when I first stood up post op, my left leg was suddenly longer than the right see? I got emotional and cried a wee bit, but my first steps were pain free, it was such a joy. Twelve weeks later my right hip was replaced and I was on an even keel!

@ZannaMerryn @DefenceHQ I dare say a few have received the same but I am not a Falklands War Veteran. Stationed in DKMH Catterick at the time, I got as far South as Woolwich QEMH, (the main Base Hospital for Op Corporate), before I and several others were deemed redundant and sent back to Yorkshire.
