From a personal standpoint this is nice feedback to hear having overseen the Matchbook Customer Service function from 2018 to 2023. Betdaq had an excellent reputation for customer service when I joined but I am hoping my passion for the customer experience will bring Betdaq

Sure, happy to. I think the commission structure is fine in terms of make versus take volume, but I would further increase the incentives for makers.
Personally, I would scrap the access fee, hundreds of small to medium size punters who are happy to deploy systematic strategies

We have the Majority of market makers that Betfair has. We still require more retail flow from trading tools, matched bettors (arbers) and punters. The reason they will only leave up a certain level of liquidity at one time is to avoid getting snapped off by other sharps. The

Id pick up with the user involved and ask for a change in behaviour. What you generally find is a user posting offers like this offers nothing to the ecosystem. It is not a whole lot different to angle shooting in poker.
