The return on investment would be much greater. Pitt's barrier to 4-star and 5-star talent is not their stadium, it is NIL money.

@amuse I am not a lawyer, and don't know a lot about the intricacies of this type of thing, but can active duty troops participate in quelling protests in American cities? That would seem to be a function of domestic law enforcement. Would Congress need to pass a law allowing that?
