@kaylaf_99 You can ask Saban yourself given that he stuck with Hurts for 95% of the season. Turns out that players play a full season and not just a half.

@kaylaf_99 He elevated them so hard that when he started a full season after, he lost 44-16 in the title game. A little bit bigger deficit than 13-0 at halftime.

@StatsGuyDaniel The Steelers want their PLAYERS to be more like the Eagles but not their COACHES. And that’s why they’ll never be like the Eagles. Any change with the players is just putting makeup on a pig.

@GreenGold4Ever The cap was designed to stop teams like the Eagles from winning for long. These overall dream team stacked rosters with no real weaknesses. It was not designed to stop teams like the Chiefs/Patriots. Teams that just ride a QB good enough to be worth 1/2 the team unto himself.

@Ikeyo_ Prince had it too. Swift is the biggest today but she has pretty hard demographic lines. The issue is that the industry has never been more culturally divided. There are entire cultural tastes existing in parallel to yours about which you know nothing about.

@GreenGold4Ever I think the rule changes ruined it. QBs were important before the salary cap but they weren’t THIS important. A QB today can make up for way more team weakness than he could in the 90’s. A team like Philly needs multiple parts to work to stay in contention. KC only needs one.

@ScottKacsmar Are people already forgetting that Mahomes is only 29 years old? He has 11 years AT LEAST to win 3-4 more SBs to pass Brady. All while still not really having any serious competition in the AFC.

@GreenGold4Ever I think the “salary cap era” people aren’t seeing the forest for the trees. The NFL went on for 70 years without a salary cap and never had one team dominate as much for as long as the Patriots did. And then the Chiefs start doing the same thing immediately after.
