Lots of small children died as a result.
Yvette Stanley, National director for Regulation and early Years has made no statement about these deaths.

These regional adoption agencies aren't registered as adoption and fostering agencies, they are level 5 care standards offences - akin to abduction and trafficking. And Ofsted and the DoE know and try to bury those facts
