@MarkLevineNYC
Over Budget. Over Schedule, and will (most likely) break in a few weeks
Who’s the contractor, I wanna own some of their stock. Might as well get a cut.
@jessicaramos
I am voting for Reps for the first time,
1. Dems don’t listen to their constituents and long time residents
2. Close down streets
3. Ruined businesses
4. Increased the price of living through taxes
5. Poor return on taxes paid
@CrimeInNYC
EVERYONE takes the same test for specialized high school.
The students who dedicated their time and life to study for this test, deserve their admission.
@progressiveact
@Chrislejohnyc
A city has finite space and resources,
Either control the border or stop advertising NYC as a sanctuary city
This is not sustainable
@TransAlt
You are a sick twisted group to exploit this death for your political purposes
If you cared about safety, you would encourage defensive biking and obeying all traffic laws.
But you don’t care, it’s all about the $$$$ for you
No matter who it hurts.
Why can certain groups (that lobby against cars) use a pickup truck instead of a cargo bike.
And can park wherever they please?
Especially on a island crosswalk?
Rule of thee but not for me.
Right
@CMRestler
?
@StreetsblogNYC
Wow, you guys are like a hive mind
Suddenly attacking the community for your out of mind road designs
For once the community is hitting back, and you guys are panicked
@nycpa
What conservatives?!
Is that the modern boogie man?
Dems have a majority at all city and state levels.
It’s time to take responsibility and not hide away
But keep this up, and conservatives will have a majority
@jessicaramos
So … the city blatantly violated federal law
And expects the state and federal governments to bail it out?
This is the reality of bad decisions
I am very disappointed in CB 1’s Transportation Committee not letting people speak and ask their questions about McGuiness Blvd.
DOT will continue their plans anyway
If this is
#Democracy
in NYC.
It’s time for new representatives.
Martha Rowan has my support.
@NYC_DOT
Empty bike lanes, unregulated e-bikes killing people, closed privatized streets,
Time to reimagine DepartmentOfTransAlt by defunding it and then take back our streets from private entities
@LincolnRestler
Not everyone can ride a bike in the first place
But you don’t care, you just want to privatize streets for your cult members
Your closed streets are literally being unused
@TransAlt
@noiseandthecity
Remind me again who lobbied for the loud outdoor sheds and the loud partying on closed streets?
I wonder which racist “non profit” did that 🧐
@EmilyAssembly
So you gonna give up your car, right?
Because if you’re not. You would be contributing to car culture.
And that would make you a hypocrite.
@kduggan16
Nice! As he should
It’s a major artery and a major change.
Having bikes there makes zero sense and increases danger for cyclists
I am for real safety improvement such as shorter crosswalks, traffic lights,
But not that fail from DOT
@StreetsblogNYC
Great News
But the city pulled the rug out from Greenpoint residents and are continuing the TransAlt plan of putting a unneeded bike lane on McGuinness
Even though the Mayor ordered a pause
@fuelgrannie
@gtjco
It’s the same thing here
Politicians use thier cars to get around, then ride a bike for a photo op
While telling others not to drive
