What an incredible woman. An inspiration. Women are disproportionately affected by sexual violence. It is not OK.
Gisèle Pelicot walking to take the stand today, her strength echoing in every step: “It’s not for us to have shame, it’s for them,” she told the court. "I want all women who have been raped to say: Madame Pelicot did it, I can too. I don't want them to be ashamed any longer,"

I know these shoes are ridiculous (and not very comfortable) but every time I wear them they remind me of the importance of taking care of your mental health and looking out for others. I bought them after the heart-breaking death of a colleague by suicide. Life is too short
