First met Praveen 6wks ago in ICU, 3 days after he came off a ventilator. 123 days since his admission, today he is going home and seeing family for the first time. The road of recovery from covid-19 is long and difficult - am so delighted to be able to wish him well (pt cstd)

I remember standing for a morning in the pouring rain, age 10, in full school uniform, waiting to wave as the Queen went past.
