To me, this is the endpoint of Batman. In my eyes, he starts off like in The Batman 2022 or the first few issues of All Star Batman & Robin, but then as he acquires more friends including the Robins and Superman and the JLA, he gradually starts to learn to have hope again

I remember finding out that the MCU movies went out of their way to remove the creases on Spidey's suits which baffled me because i LOVE seeing creases on superhero costumes. It's one of the reasons why i love Alex Ross's art so much
