When I eat PUFAs or grains accidentally, I get the burn and counter it with 500mg Aspirin, a strong coffee or coke (like Haidut). So the problem was never too much acid. My stomach couldn't produce enough to neutralize the motor oils. Additional acidity gave me temporary relief!

Ok, so I upped my Aspirin intake to 3x 3g a day for a week now. I've got some strange problems: I am generally a really calm person. I almost never get really aggressive (maybe twice in my life). But since a week, I am constantly feeling a high pressure to break proples faces.

Before taking T3 the first time, I researched some bodybuilding forums what the experience with the substance and muscle building/fat loss is. All the forums and members were talking about a theory: T3 boosts metabolism and is therefore generally catabolic (for fat and muscles).

1 lamb head (no eyes) 2 calf feet 4 bone marrow This is going to be a soup with a huge amount of cholesterol (brain), glycine (bones, feet) and a bunch of other nutrients. I will eat it for breakfast with liver, 7 espressos and some dozens of grams of refined sugar (desert)

Here in Switzerland, a cow has approx. 600kg of weight when it gets butchered. Let's say you can eat 50% of the cow -> 300kg of food I eat max. 500g of beef per day (all parts). So one Swiss cow is enough to give me meat for more than 1.5 years. How is this not sustainable?
