Testosterone production in men is systematically suppressed. A large part of this happens through food. Misinformation and marketing strategies led to the fact that today only soyboys exist.
How to increase your testosterone production through proper nutrition🧵

This is what Ray Peat did to me.
Left is 1.5 years ago, serotonin in the eyes.
Right is 4 days ago, high T and NDT.
High sugar, high T, high T3/T4, low prolactin, low cortisol, low serotonin.
This is what Ray Peat did to me (Part 2)
Make sure prolactin, cortisol and estrogen stay low.
Take your Aspirin, NDT and liver.

A man doesn't just become jacked. A man realizes he is broken, at rock bottom. He gets mad at himself, mad at his life.
And at his lowest point, he starts a war against himself. And he will not stop... Until he wins.

He is right. Here is why:
Redlight and UVB are important for your metabolism. Red light does impact the mitochondria directly
30 years old and healthier than when I was with 22. I've got rid of rotator cuff pain, stomach acid reflux, pollen allergy, still have my hair (all men in my family are bald). Doctors told me those are genetic problems. I discovered something else: it is the cortisol & prolactin
Looksmaxxing is real.
You can clearly see the difference in my eyes.
What you have to do:
- Lower serotonin (Ray Peat)
- Loose weight
- Chew mastix gum
- Regularly eat liver
- Regularly eat thyroid glands
- Lift weights once a week
- Visit barber once a week
Cholesterol turns to vitamin D when you get sunlight.
Also, it turns to Pregnenolon (and further cascading hormones) when having enough T3 and Vit A.
People don't have too much cholesterol. They don't have enough sunlight, T3 and Vit A.

This is me (97kg) last summer with average 100g proteins per day.
That day I turned 30y/o. Peating keeps me young.
Aspirin is so effective at prolonging life that it could increase pension liabilities by $100 billion, according to a statement by Risk Management Solutions Inc.

Make sure to take your NDT and Aspirin.
NDT helps to turn cholesterol to the steroid hormones, also to Testosteron.
Aspirin blocks the conversion of Testosteron to estrogen.

They said, I should not eat red meat, no coffe, no OJ, no milk...
After 15 years of taking the meds, I decided to do the exact opposite

Good nature?
Fairness?
Love?
No. To collect more taxes.
And now everybody has to work in a "modern" family to have enough finances. Well done, feminism!

1. Eat cholesterol
Cholesterol is the building block of the sex hormones. Both estrogen and testosterone are built mainly with cholesterol. For a long time, scientists tried to explain that cholesterol was to blame for heart disease. But thanks to Ray Peat, we know this is wrong.
2. Avoid Phytoestrogens
Before eating any preprocessed food, check if it contains any of those ingredients:
- Soy and other soy products (there's a reason Asian men don't have beards)
- Sunflower oil
- Flaxseed
- Wheat
- Rye
- Pumpkin
- Barley
- Walnuts
Don't eat.

Cholesterol can be eaten without hesitation. The best source of cholesterol is eggs. It is important not to heat the egg, otherwise the cholesterol will be damaged and thus toxic to the body.

4. Consume more saturated fatty acids
Simply put: coconut oil and animal fats (especially anything from the cow! Cows are there to provide us with meat, milk and fat). In addition to cholesterol, saturated fat is also one of the building blocks of our sex hormones.
There are people thinking you need 250g protein per day to build and maintain muscles.
I get 20g collagene in the morning after waking up and 350g meat in the evening (12 hours later).
So my protein intake per day is 100-110g.
Weight: 102kg
Working out 2x a week
Ray Peat is king
5. Eat Gelatine
Correct. Gelatin is rich in glycine. And glycine is a strong anti-inflammatory amino acid. This means that when glycine is consumed, cholesterol goes down and thus testosterone is positively affected indirectly.
Since I have a high metabolism, I can smell when pretty women (whom I find attractive and spend more time with) are ovulating. I really smell a difference. They smell so much better!
3. Avoid PUFAs
PUFAs are put on a pedestal by today's scientists. They are supposed to prevent arteriosclerosis and thus reduce heart disease. But the opposite is the case: Since about 1940, the consumption of PUFAs has steadily increased. So have coronary diseases. Coincidence?

For those who still don't understand why coconut oil is net negative calories:
The C4-C8 fatty acids are uncoupling the mitochondria.
Therefore, the mitochondria has to burn more to provide the necessary energy
This is what liver, NDT, seed oil avoidance, Kreatin and Aspirin (+

That's how we eat cheese.
Cheese is filled with a heavy load of calcium. This calcium is needed by your body to boost your metabolism. Make sure to get more calcium than you get phosphorus. This way you will have less inflammation in your body, you will feel better and you can
Of course, this was not only Ray Peats work. A great influence was Mike Mentzer, who promoted less workouts to supress systemic cortisol. His heavy duty program is a good fit for people who like to follow Ray Peats principles.
PUFAs should not be eaten. They cause inflammation in the body, which increases cortisone. Cortisone is a stress hormone and indirectly suppresses testosterone.
The cure is easy:
- Stop PUFAs
- Stop grains
- Stop emulsifiers/gums/stabilisators
- Regularly eat fruits to suppress cortisol (to close the entry to the stomach)
After that, you halve your PPI dosage every 3 weeks until it is not possible anymore.
Done
7. Avoid Fluoride
A Chinese study compared two groups of men. One group was systemically exposed to fluoride, while the other did not consume fluoride. It showed that the propands who ingested fluoride had 50% less free testosterone in their blood than the other men.
If you hear a friend proudly saying that he wanks off more than once a day, suggest him to take some Aspirin.
He has too high estrogen and Aspirin indirectly blocks the synthesis of aromatase, which converts T to E
This is a two year progress of pairing bodybuilding with Ray Peat principles.
In the left picture, after finding Ray Peats work because of BAP, I started lifting weights again (yes, because of too much energy, and also because of heartbreak). I was 97 kg at the beginning of May
This means that black coffee increases the level of cortisol. Put sugar in your coffee!
Besides this, sugar (especially from fruits) helps thyroid function. If this is well regulated, it works against the cortisol and thus supports the testosterone.
8. Reverse Osmosis Filter
It is often said that our drinking water is very good. However, this is not the case. Our governments are constantly raising the limits for pesticides, hormones and heavy metals. This means that there are substances in our water that do not belong in our

6. Eat and drink sugar
If coffee is drunk without sugar and milk, the glycogen stores of the liver and muscles are used up. This is because the metabolism ramps up. However, glycogen stores are only used up in stressful situations, which thus requires the release of cortisol.

So I only eat:
Fruits
Parmesan/Le Gruyere cheese
Low fat ground beef
Eggs
Gelatin (mostly powder, sometimes oxtail soup)
Salt

You need to peel it. Because the toxins (self defense of the carrot) and the pesticides are right there. After peeling, you need to wash it
In addition, glycine helps regulate the metabolism of tryptophan, which also reduces stress and thus supports testosterone levels.
Glycine or gelatin can be found in for example oxtail soup or simply gelatin from the supermarket.
Before sleep:
- take a hot shower
- cool down the room so that your body can cool down more easy
- take NDT so that your brain temperature goes up
- take magnesium (I take glycinate)
- eat gelatine/collagen
- eat some low Vit C fruits for carbs

Mfs talking about eating 2g of protein per kg bodyweight and kiddos in the gym believe it (I also did it back in time).
Meanwhile companies are selling chemically loaded protein bars/powder, containing gums, lecithines and seed oils.
What a hoax.
100g per day is enough

bodies. Fluoride is one example. Another critical substance is estrogens, which enter our drinking water unfiltered due to high consumption of birth control pills. We drink these female hormones without an effective filter to remove them first.
When I eat PUFAs or grains accidentally, I get the burn and counter it with 500mg Aspirin, a strong coffee or coke (like Haidut).
So the problem was never too much acid. My stomach couldn't produce enough to neutralize the motor oils. Additional acidity gave me temporary relief!
Ok, so I upped my Aspirin intake to 3x 3g a day for a week now.
I've got some strange problems:
I am generally a really calm person. I almost never get really aggressive (maybe twice in my life). But since a week, I am constantly feeling a high pressure to break proples faces.

Before taking T3 the first time, I researched some bodybuilding forums what the experience with the substance and muscle building/fat loss is.
All the forums and members were talking about a theory: T3 boosts metabolism and is therefore generally catabolic (for fat and muscles).

Here in Switzerland, a cow has approx. 600kg of weight when it gets butchered.
Let's say you can eat 50% of the cow -> 300kg of food
I eat max. 500g of beef per day (all parts).
So one Swiss cow is enough to give me meat for more than 1.5 years.
How is this not sustainable?
