@nomunnynohunny Women are generally allowed a little crying and most managers I know are ok with that. If a guy cries then you treat him the same as a crying women but start looking for reasons to fire him.

Its not easy to have any employee cry & I didn't fire any men for crying but have to admit it was a little more uncomfortable the couple times it was a guy. Its not like i had a lot crying.
