@realfrugalmogul Single leg squats, leg press, Bulgarian, etc. I had a larger imbalance in my arms, and I got it down to a reasonable level doing lots of single arm stuff and watching form on bilateral movements to avoid favoring the strong side.

@FatiTheDream You have to find the one that works with your body chemistry, and it'll be a purging process first, no matter what. Switched during covid and never looked back, but it was much easier when we were all home.
