Is anyone else finding that the advent of AI is resulting in a much more American outlook to everything. It’s not welcomed by me.

Why are MPs in the weeds talking about the content of school assemblies? Why not focus on the big things that only they can change (like the teacher recruitment crisis?)

@MancellPam @greg_ashman Nothing wrong with this approach. Sounds like a bit of a discipline issue happening there. But good solution.

@NatashaCoster1 @greg_ashman At our school the phones are just kept out of sight, without the expense of pouches, or the admin burden. There is a clear expectation that the kids largely meet without extra expense or effort.

Critical thinking and caution and debate about “what if” is not a waste of time or money, it is not dis loyal, it’s not even criticism., rather it is a critical part of good decision making. Echo chambers and blind agreement don’t help do the right thing in the long run.
