@TheWatchdogDBQ @eyeslasho @EndWokeness Agreed. Obstruction is the key word, and it is obstructing the Executive branch from doing its constitutional job.

@JillPal25605245 @america_mad @factpostnews @chuckschumer Did you note Schumer isn't allowing anonymous whistleblowing? He is asking for full name, phone number, email, etc. It is a tracking effort, nothing more, with zero protections for whistleblowers.

@factpostnews @chuckschumer It seems more like an attempt to gather names (donors) and addresses for political funding. Note that it asks for not only your full name but email and phone as well. This provides zero protection for whistleblowers.

@7GOATrings @EdWhelanEPPC It would be nice to see the House and/or Senate pass a quick ruling that the judges call should be ignored so he sets a precedent for having support from congress.

@mu_phd @NoBearsInOz @William96253166 @EdWhelanEPPC I'm done trying to explain this to you. It will be overruled. You will see.

@mu_phd @NoBearsInOz @William96253166 @EdWhelanEPPC I know that. I fully expect this to be overruled, but I am concerned about the precedent of the judicial branch stopping an executive action with no legal basis ...in fact, it can be argued the judges ruling was unconstitutional.

@William96253166 @NoBearsInOz @mu_phd @EdWhelanEPPC You mean like stopping Obama from killing a US citizen with a drone (which he did)?

@NoBearsInOz @mu_phd @William96253166 @EdWhelanEPPC I realize that. I also realize this will mostly be seen for what it is ...unsubstantiated, and thy will be back to work soon.

@NoBearsInOz @William96253166 @mu_phd @EdWhelanEPPC Good point, but I still believe the basis for stopping the government from doing its job should have more of a clear and substantiated basis.

@mu_phd @NoBearsInOz @William96253166 @EdWhelanEPPC File on a different day, and they knew they would get a different judge. It was NOT selection at random.

@mu_phd @NoBearsInOz @William96253166 @EdWhelanEPPC "there may be" you say. You don't make a ruling to stop people from doing their job unless you can cite what law they are/would be violating. This judge had no solid rational basis for ruling against the Executive branch.

@NoBearsInOz @William96253166 @mu_phd @EdWhelanEPPC Something this major, should have a ruling by a 3 panel court. We are talking about the judicial branch granting power to one person to revoke the powers written in the constitution to the Executive branch.

@mu_phd @NoBearsInOz @William96253166 @EdWhelanEPPC In short, they knew who the judge would be this way. If they had filed it differently, they would have had a random judge. This ensured a better outcome by picking this Obama appointee.

@ShreckTrina @BrianJo78940026 It will probably be along the lines of “I’m creating a new committee to look into Ufo’s and will get back to you.”
