You do realize that the Government attorneys are able to petition for its removal, and have even been instructed to do so by tomorrow. That’s the input by the executive, they go in front of court and argue their case.

@GUnderP68 @oneil_joe2 @seanmdav It’s not very hard to come to the conclusion that this situation is justiciable. It’s time sensitive and deals with matters that are going to be before the court within days, and though it’s a lower federal court, they have original jurisdiction! It’s their job!

They are constitutionally given the same (albeit appealable) judicial Power as the Supreme Court. I don’t think you’ve told a single truth here…
