Our new study on Social #Aging is out in @RSocPublishing! Longitudinal data show that wild Assamese macaques reduce social engagement and have smaller active and passive networks with age, not driven by increasing social selectivity @uniGoettingen ⬇️
Field studies show social network shrinking in #ageing monkeys🐒 – new study from @BSadoughi and @PrimBehavEcol published @RSocPublishing

Shame on @welt for offering a tribune to Musk. Germany has one of the strongest democratic political culture in today's Europe. Something the owner of this platform knows and tries to undermine.

"Le président prépare une surprise", "Emmanuel Macron adore surprendre", "rieur et spontané rapporte un invité"... article lunaire de franceinfo qui illustre parfaitement le pathétique de la politique française et de son traitement médiatique. #atterré

Just bought myself The Biodemography of Aging in print. Science predicts this should pay off!
We learn more from reading on paper than on screens. 54 studies, 171k people: we process print more deeply than digital content—as long as it's informational rather than purely narrative. The paper advantage holds across ages and has grown over time. Long live physical books.

It was a real pleasure to get a chance to meet a world leading expert on gorilla conservation and health @DoctorGladys. Thanks @LaSFDP for making this possible! #Toulouse
Wonderful to meet a senior veterinarian and primatologist, Dr Baptiste Sadoughi (@BSadoughi) at the 36th Francophone primatology conference (@LaSFDP) in Toulouse, France. He has visited Uganda and bought an autographed copy of #WalkingWithGorillas, I hope he enjoys reading the book.
