Let’s start with the fact that I can’t even name many video games where you have playable disabled characters to begin with. Don’t get me wrong I LOVE Olivia to pieces and the fact that she is one of the best representations of disability I had seen in a while however it is just+.
The only fantasy game I’ve seen that has a wheelchair and does it right is Fear and Hunger 2 because-.A: It takes place in modern (ish) times, so it doesn’t hurt the aesthetic .B: There is no limb restoring or healing spell

I talked about that before but to add to your point. I think the fact that Olivia gets left behind and forgotten about on the train is specifically painful. BC her doom gets brought upon her by Daan who remembered about her and wanted to help her from the beginning
One thing I find so interesting about Olivia from Termina as a character is how she is completely disregarded and forgotten at the train by the other characters due to her disability, but still has the willpower to survive if it weren't for Daan (as Pocketcat), a character who-.

Alright this chart is like. The most gross oversimplification of hair trends through decades BUT. actually short hair WERE NOT a look in 1940-1950s. At least not in the way Olivia wears them which is practically straight with some subtle waves in the bangs. During 1940s+
