Honestly, if I had one wish, it’ll be to go back in time to undo many things. I see how many choices were made based on circumstances so it’s not even blame, it’s just a pressing need to walk the other road for all the times I faced a two roads diverged dilemma.

Do you reckon there'll be libraries in heaven, and will they carry novels? Or will they only stock memoirs of the people in heaven? I hope it's both. And poetry collections. I'd like to read Sarah's memoir. Maybe Samson, too. And my maternal grandparents. And poems by Jesus.

In Nigeria, they’re paid 1.4M. Some of your monthly salaries are higher than that & you can barely survive. And if you come with the argument, were they forced? Yes, they were forced by their circumstances and you’re clearly taking advantage of that.

The gag is most of these surrogates are from low income countries, sought after to take the barest minimum just to survive & you don’t think it’s insane to think you’re doing them a favor. Clearly not different from the slave masters during colonization with that thought process

Such a crazy argument to say lower class women get to escape poverty by being surrogates. How much are they paid? Is it a business model that guarantees cash flow and being afloat? Is it sustainable? Countries like Australia, the UK are getting it right with their laws.
