I love both games, but I feel it’s hard to pick which one I like better because they’re two different games written for and styled around two different protagonists. The format and writing for TWEWY fits Neku’s growth, while the format and writing for NEO fits Rindo’s.

Fun fact: Localizations should be oh, what’s the word, *localized* so it makes sense to the *local* audience. Languages work differently on how they show certain context, and good localizers know that.

The kanji for the Players’ ages says 年齢, which means “Age”
The kanji for the Reapers’ ages says 見た目年齢, which means “Apparent Age”
So… I don’t think we can draw conclusive evidence on how old the Reapers actually are.
