yep, it should have been reverted to old LT instead of flat out removed. The issue with it was a lot of adcs and melee champs would build full damage and have AS for free anyways, but old LT was on a timer so this wasn’t the case as heavily. And there is ofc yasuo/yone issue lol

buff rageblade, only 4 champs in the game even still build this disgustingly bad item. Buildpath is trash, pre-stacking mechanic makes it so weak without lethal tempo to help you stack it out of lane, overall just bad designed item rn
