Seeing lots of cattle sales for the week of December 2 and December 9. To me selling them that far out is as bad as the formula cattle. I think we need to get back to selling them one week at a time

We’ve sold yearlings on the cornbelt classic for the last 10 years at least. I think our basis on an 850 black steer have ranged from -3 to +6
Don’t see how that’s achievable this year.
