@sippingsuds I think you bought a few Gus. Here’s my conundrum. I got 130 bred heifers. I got that many replacements on the road. Do I sell em and take advantage of the good times or do we cowboy up and calve em. We do both but cowboys in it for the long haul. Feedlot deals just a turn.

@775_Cattle @agtradertalk @roesch_scott My dad used to go to the neighbors sales and buy the 1st bull in the ring every year for $3500. Now we’re still spending $3500-$5000 but not getting anywhere close to the 1st one but if you’re willing to buy a bigger birth weight seems like we get some pretty good ones.

@CodyVolmer We’re current. I don’t have to sell one for 60 days if I don’t wanna. JBS cattle we sold last week are dead. They bought a few at $208 and then went out of the market. I hope they got some contracts.
