And beside technicalities, I think that the intention of that chart is to hint on what functionality these project implement. In that regard, almost all of them (not including TEEs) implement the ability to compute on secret state and open secrets upon consensus of a threshold of nodes, aka MPC.

@jimouris @milianstx @sodabubblelabs I don’t recognize all projects mentioned there under FHE, but I know at least half of them are using FHE as a building block for MPC.
