This now two person race will really come down to who folks believe will be the greater reformer — the independent justice fighter vs the insider who was appointed by the mayor’s political machine to which she will have to be loyal.

Last week at the security check point, the Sheriff’s pulled out union leaflets and attempted to confiscate them or bar me from entering with them. In my 20 years working inside and outside at City Hall I never saw that happen before
