@DrDoyleSays better I found you late than never, Doc. Almost 75 yrs old,got little time left, why do I have to spend it in recovery? Because the avoidance has to stop. Even peeling into the more painful layers of the abuse onion is for recovery. So. much. progress 🌹

@NarcissistBox I was shocked my ex did this, I didnt know for 30 yrs. And not til recently, finding it is a tactic. It really is a comfort and a recovery tool when I found out so many things the abusers did were already documented tactics.

@WeedVet we are living under a freezing cold wet washcloth in Oklahoma. Its been going on for days. Until Monday when it gets worse and ice/snow

@NWSNorman I saw that clear sky!! I dunno , maybe 5:30, 6 or so, and I thought that is a sucker hole. A break in clouds that suckers you into believing storm is over, or sun is coming. Then the temp dropped 10 degrees as the wind kicked up with a vengeance. Back to the cold dismals

@cousin_chet well, I got my sit ups in, lol! Yesterday the big workout: vacuuming. I hate it with a white hot passion.. But excellent to get my heart rate up, crack a sweat, crack many F bombs! You are really crushing it!! My first joint is dedicated to you!
