@AmrnMughal @MontagneLab Thanks! One major difference between these vessels is the presence of smooth muscle cells on arterioles. Contractile activity, and structural adaptations of arterial endothelial cells to high pressure blood flow, could explain the elliptic shape of their nuclei.
