to work with them on the Brown case to make sure all bases are covered, as Lee

suggests, due to the circumstances in this case. It never hurts to have another set of eyes!
I’m glad that DPD believes they have the suspects in the Brown killing identified. All I ask is that they have another law enforcement agency take over to make sure all the bases are covered due to the circumstances in this case.

That’s the big risk for her to appeal this case. IF the court of appeals sends the case back for a new trial, and she gets convicted again of murder, she could get sentenced anywhere from 5-99 years. Many defendants would decide against appeal because of that risk.
