I left Hwt at 4:30pm and got home 6:30pm. Almost ended up being in the rain but thankfully traffic was so bad the rain done before I got home. Losing 4 hrs to traffic, 1hr to waiting, standing and back and shoulder pain... Just to get around.... Is absolutely sickening

3-4 hrs makes more sense. Inverter ACs burn significantly less so it's best to get one or replace the one you have.
Having a fan on to circulate air helps as well. AC along take long to circulate the air sometimes. But fans help mix out the hot air.

Use it on eco. U burn less that way. Lower temps even at lower fan speeds burn more Kwh. I tested mine for 4 straight dys with the jps app to come to this conclusion. Also don't run for one hr then the room get back hot. 3-4hrs make more sense. And it burns the most in the 1st hr

Sometimes the first hr goes up to 0.8 but it's never passed that for me. Uses less energy as time passes as room is cooler.

Cold goes into the walls, furniture etc and heat goes back into the air. Ac keeps running to keep air cool so eventually the walls etc cool enough to stop heating the air. When the ac turn off at that point, the air and room stays cooler longer. Running it for one hr is a waste

OK so for one... During the day, depending on how your house and rooms are situated. Your house and roof and walla absorb heat from the sun. At night they release the heat.
When your AC is on it cools the air first. Then the cool air starts to suck heat from the walls
