Unless we are willing to speak out and fight for what's right things won't change. @RFCRailwayUnion have fought for years to overcome the inequalities in our sport and we still have a long way to go.
It’s is a women’s team and @leinsterrugby refuse to recognise us as senior based on our gender. This inequality in our sport is not ok. I am a Irish international player, current vice captain of the Leinster women’s team and play in the AIL yet I am not viewed as a senior player!
