We’re in a battle with other sports, in Ireland & abroad, for 10% athletes Our Points of Market Entry are severely underfunded, do not have standards enforced & simply do not exist in parts of the country Incl Cork, Galway & Belfast We’re built on sand again unless addressed

Enjoyable few days with @ClonakiltyRFC before our AIL game We ran a guest session for adult & U18s teams on Friday night Followed by a session on coachability & teambuilding on Saturday Some super talented young athletes Motivated & caring off-field leadership too 🙌
