Of course he hasnt, he never does, that's why so much time is wasted on the show and we end up with two hour episodes instead of concise 30-40 minute informative shows.

Be willing to walk away from a 4 hr negotiation if you're not getting what you want. Save what you want in extras till the end, wait till the later half of the day so you're basically closing the place down. Wait till EOM or EOQ for best deals.
