Last weekend, I prototyped a ~$50 distraction-free writing device.
No apps, no notifications, no blue light. Just a dedicated device to capture thoughts and ideas.
It uses a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 w/ an E-ink display, bluetooth keyboard, custom Rust app, and runs on a battery pack

I was averaging less than 4k steps per day in USA. In EU, it jumped to more than 9k. In Brazil, it was around 6k

That’s true! In a way you’re getting rewarded for taking the undiverserfied risk, while the bank gets secure interest back. If the city builds a homeless shelter next to your property good luck selling it (speaking from experience).
