🔹Rebounding by far the biggest factor in this game. Night and day difference between halves.

GCU's defense plays "on the line" AND "up the line" from one pass away in one of the most unique and rare defenses you will ever see.
They play up to deny reversal passes while also positioning themselves toward the handler.
That makes running your stuff extremely challenging

I am not in touch enough with the mens game this season. For all I know, Burns could be an incredible player.
But the film is the film. And unless he's providing substantial offensive value, I can't see how NC State's staff could fathomably keep putting him out there like this.

I hate moving screen calls like this.
A dribble handoff is not a screen. Ustby has the right to move and turn any way that she wants in that space as long as she's not actively setting a screen.
If Hidalgo runs into her while she's pitching it, that's her issue.

Really neat concept to open the game against a team that likes to hedge ball-screens.
Taking the corner man and having him come up as the first ball-screen is occuring to set a 2nd ball-screen on the hedge defender.
Completely throws a wrench into your normal BS coverage.
