@sox_rob @SundayShare10 Use a smaller area to work on regaining the ball, and add the 6/8/10 seconds rule, and you give a point if they win the ball within that time frame. Or use a narrow and longer pitch to work on running with and without the ball. You can have lots of different outcomes.

My @SundayShare10 #sundayshare today is a session I delivered on Friday night.4v4+2GKs man-to-man marking. Each player will have to be close to their opponent and follow them everywhere. Really fun session. High intensity and excitement. Lots of shots, also from the keepers
