@AmazonHelp I placed an order for an item which hasn’t shipped yet and the price is lower now. I want it to be adjusted. I’m being told it will have to be cancelled and reordered. That’s silly in my opinion. Why make a customer go through this?

@potterybarn How horrible is your supply chain? I’ve made multiple phone calls for the past 2 months and still can’t get my order shipped. Today I was told even your order team cannot locate it. That’s ridiculous!

@ATT @ATTHelp How can a company be so non customer centric for the business you are in? It’s so poor. You have large stores and no employees in them. Waited for 15 mts twice in 2 different stores. Got no help. Terrible situation! Time to think alternatives? #fail

@AxisBank @AxisBankSupport I dread interacting with your branches but one has to do it sometimes. Like today(12/20)at Behala branch in Kolkata.Your so called ‘Premium Lounge’ couldn’t help recover my full a/c no. & I had to eventually figure it out myself. Shameful!
